just came back from the terrible physical ! nearly died man. so tiring. puff*. nearly puke. hehe. ok. whn i woke up this morning. it was like freezing... brr. and of all times. i must have stomach ache. bleah~. i just wrapped myself up with my big big blanket and started eating famous amos cookiees. yumyum* loveit. hehe. kae. thn it got better ltr. hehe. went to sch at like 7.15am. search here and there for the keys .. thn we started for our run. five rounds in the sch man. for WARM UP. but its ok larh. hhee.. thn the physical started !

first we started throwing freebies -is that how you spell it ? heck.-
nxt. we started doing stations.
-throw medicine ball
-jump over cones.
and all sorts larh
gotta do it like 5 mins continuously. nearly died man.
and only got like 20 seconds or rest.
whew.
finally 9.30am ! yayys.
now at home gna puke. bath and now here blogging.
gna go out and eat lunch.
hmm..
4 days more before i leave for china.
