Cross country aint one of my most awaited event in ACJC. The weather was just dreadfully hot, the sun was baking my skin, and I could feel myself getting darker. I definitely do not need another sun burn. Oh, and sitting on the ground got me a butt burn, though. The running part was terrible too, bleagh, some parts of the race I was so tempted to stop and walk for a while. But I kept pushing myself. GO GO GO! And since I cant stop, I might as well do something else, I started chanting to myself "Am I there yet? Am I there yet?" Towards the end, I could feel my stomach contracting. *pain. Anyway, this cross country was just another horrible running experience. poof*
The house cheering and everything else that followed were just average. Or maybe even below average. The only house that I thought really made an effort was Oldham. They are super ON! haha.
Nevertheless, I still love AC for all the fun I had thus far:D

From devotion this morning, I learnt that I should not grumble/complain so much, therefore I will now thank God for:
- Thank God for letting me run through the race without walking half way which I usually do.
- Thank God for the bright, shining sun instead of the rain.
- Thank God for the milo.
- Thank God for bringing through another day in this important week, and removing all my anxiety and worries.
Thank God for whatever I have now.
Because I know He is leading me in my life.
God is always faithful!

I am sooooooo tired and dehydrated. No amount of water can seem to hydrate me. huff puff.
